- Sports & Remedial Massage - Initial Assessment and Massage - 75 mins (£40)

- Subsequent Sports & Remedial Massage sessions - 60 mins (£35)

- Under 18s welcome - 60 mins (Initial session £25, subsequent sessions £20)         (Pls note that under 18s must be accompanied by an adult throughout all sessions)

Sessions will include a thorough consultation process, leading to application of advanced massage techniques, which may include: 

    Myofascial Release

    Muscle Energy Technique (MET) stretching

    Soft Tissue Release (STR) - specific muscle fibre stretching

    Trigger Point work

    Neuro-Muscular Techniques

Home care advice and tailored exercise/rehabilitation programs will be provided as appropriate.
